Ernest Loor

Lawyer

Ernest advises on contracts, mergers, acquisitions and (inter)national transactions, management buy-outs, reorganizations, restructurings and joint ventures, in short everything an entrepreneur can be faced with. Ernest works quickly and effectively, is pragmatic and results-oriented.

Ernest also acts as a (guest) lecturer for accountants and (senior) tax specialists in the field of corporate law. Ernest completed the post-graduate specialization course in Mergers & Acquisitions in 2016.

Nicole is sinds 2024 als werkstudent werkzaam bij Loor Legal & Partners. Momenteel zit ze in het laatste jaar van haar dubbelstudie recht en economie, waarbij ze de masters Ondernemingsrecht en Accounting and Control afrondt. Hiermee brengt Nicole een waardevolle mix van kennis en inzicht mee naar ons kantoor.

Goedele heeft in 2024 de master Ondernemingsrecht aan de Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen afgerond. Tijdens haar studie studeerde ze een half jaar aan de National Taiwan University, waar ze internationale kennis heeft opgedaan. Sinds februari 2025 is ze werkzaam bij Loor Legal & Partners.

Sigmax ICT Specialisten brought an investor on board for the further growth of the company. Loor Legal & Partners assisted one of the managers in taking a (minority) stake in the new company.

Van Bruggen Adviesgroep and Overstappen.nl have joined forces with the online comparison site Autoverzekering.nl. Loor Legal & Partners has advised the parties regarding this joint venture.

Synensis

Synensis is a national player and active in the field of staffing and recruitment and selection of (temporary) personnel. Loor Legal & Partners assisted Synensis in the sale of the company to the French company Triangle.

Kisjes

Kisjes is a beautiful Apeldoorn family business and has been active in the field of transport and rental of containers and equipment for more than 100 years. Loor Legal & Partners assisted the incumbent management in the acquisition of the company through a Management Buy Out.

Round

Rond is active in business intelligence and enterprise apps. Loor Legal & Partners advised the founder and management on the sale of a stake in the company to a strategic investor. This puts Rond in an even better position to accelerate its initiated growth.
